Black Friday Price Promise

Like last year we are running the Black Friday Price Promise this November, which means that once a product’s Black Friday price goes live, that price won’t reduce further for the rest of November. Stock may sell out, or the price may go up based on rate of sale, but the price won’t go down.

1. What the Price Promise is

1.1 For products marked with the Price Promise badge, the price shown on HDEWCameras.co.uk will not be reduced between the date the sale price goes live and 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (the “Promise Period”).

1.2 Therefore as long as stock is available and the deal is still live, you’ll find that the sale price is at its lowest point for the month of November as soon as a Black Friday badge is applied.

2. When it applies

2.1 Sale prices are released in waves during November. Each product’s Price Promise starts at the date and time it goes live on our website, and ends at the end of the Promise Period.

2.2 Only products showing the Price Promise badge on their product page are covered. Products without the badge are not covered.

3. Which prices are covered

3.1 The promise applies to the advertised selling price of the same product (same make, model and condition: new only), sold by HDEWCameras.co.uk.

3.2 It covers the price of the product itself. It does not cover delivery charges or optional extras, which are shown separately at checkout.

4. Product availability

4.1 The Price Promise protects the price, not the stock. Products are available while stock lasts and may sell out at any time. The deal may also become unavailable.

4.2 If a product sells out and is restocked during the Promise Period, we cannot guarantee that the Black Friday Offer will be reapplied to the product. However, we do guarantee that the price will NOT be lower when restocked than the Black Friday Offer.

5. Bundles, gifts, vouchers and other offers

5.1 Free gifts, bundle contents and add-on offers are separate from the Price Promise. We’ll state clearly on the offer page what’s included and any end date.

5.2 Voucher and discount codes, including newsletter sign-up offers, can be used on Price Promise products unless otherwise stated. The minimum requirements for these codes must be met for the offers to apply. Any exclusions will be clearly stated or communicated.

5.3 Manufacturer cashback or promotions run by third parties are separate and subject to their own terms.

6. After the Promise Period

6.1 From 1 December 2026, prices may change. This includes products that were part of the Price Promise.

6.2 The Price Promise does not apply to orders placed after the Promise Period.

7.1 These terms don’t affect your statutory rights, including your rights of return and cancellation. See our Returns Policy.

8. General

8.1 We reserve the right to remove an offer or sale at any time from our website.
