Protect your station
The backpack is made of a soft material that is rain, dust and wear-resistant. The case of Vespera is protected from bumps and scratches thanks to foam padding on the entire surface of the bag and a fully padded interior. The compartments and numerous pockets prevent the accessories from rubbing at the observation station.

The Vaonis designed Vespera backpack offers plenty of storage space for your observation station and its accessories: tripod, charger, filter, tablet, mobile phone, spare battery, etc.
Comfort when carrying the telescope -
The back plate is reinforced to provide more comfort when carrying. The shoulder straps are padded and lined with mesh fabric to allow for better ventilation when you carry the backpack on your back for a long time or in high temperatures.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packaging in tact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

Please note that returns will need to be authorised before you send the item to us. In this case the product must be unused and returned with a trackable postal service. Please note neither we or the supplier can cover the costs of returning an unwanted item. If you do want to return it please make contact first.
Shipping
For UK purchases your order is usually shipped by the supplier or us within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product page information. If you require delivery by or before a certain date please call us on 0208 6695668 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to an increased volume of orders.

Delivery Address
When paying over the phone we must send the order to your billing address. When paying online there are options like Paypal that will allow you to select one of your saved delivery addresses. We can't always guarantee that this will be approved - we will contact you if there are any issues with your delivery address. If you decide to pay by BACs we can send the order anywhere in the UK.You Can Collect
If you would like to collect from our office instead of receiving a delivery, you are more than welcome to.
