The 2TB StoreJet 25M3 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Portable Hard Drive from Transcend is built with 2TB of storage and a micro-USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface that transfers up to 5 Gb/s. This bus-powered hard drive connects to your computer using an included micro-USB to USB-A cable and keeps data secure with an integrated 256-bit AES file encryption. The StoreJet 25M3 is made from military-grade silicone rubber and features a reinforced casing that resists shock in case of accidental drops.
The internal 2.5" hard drive receives further protection from a built-in suspension system alongside its quick reconnect button, which re-enables the disconnected hard drive without having to remove or reinsert the USB cable. Furthermore, the StoreJet 25M3's one-touch auto-backup button helps to create a second copy of your data. And if you ever have to switch between systems, you don't have to worry about reformatting since the StoreJet 25M3 is compatible with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux. Moreover, Transcend includes its Elite data management software with the StoreJet 25M3, which helps you keep your files organized.

Returns Policy
Outside of December - we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
During December we are extending our unwanted returns policy to give you better peace of mind during Christmas. Any orders placed in December 2025 can be returned up to the 14th of January 2026 or 14 days after receipt which ever is the later date. Unwanted returns must be unused and unopened to qualify for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packaging in tact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

Please note that returns will need to be authorised before you send the item to us. In this case the product must be unused and returned with a trackable postal service. Please note neither we or the supplier can cover the costs of returning an unwanted item. If you do want to return it please make contact first.
Shipping
For UK purchases your order is usually shipped by the supplier or us within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product page information. If you require delivery by or before a certain date please call us on 0208 6695668 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Currently Computer Monitors can take 3-10 working days for delivery. If you need a monitor sooner than that please contact us and we double check delivery times for that particular product.Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to an increased volume of orders.
