A versatile short telephoto prime for creative photographers.
The 65mm F2 for full-frame mirrorless cameras is part of Sigma’s I series range of lenses, which are premium compact primes that combine uncompromising image quality, outstanding build quality and a portable form factor. The lens sports a wide F2 aperture, which allows photographers to achieve a shallow depth-of-field and blur-free, hand-held images in low light. The 65mm focal length is perfect for portrait, travel, street, wedding, and family photography, as well as video.
As with Sigma’s other I series lenses, the 65mm F2 has a sleek all-metal body with retro styling, and includes a metal focus ring, a metal aperture ring, a metal lens hood, and even a metal lens cap that attaches to the lens magnetically. The lens is essentially designed for photographers and film-makers who value the experience of taking a picture just as much as the quality of the final result.
At just over 400g, the SIGMA 65mm F2 is portable enough to be carried around for casual day-to-day shooting, but thanks to its outstanding optics, F2 aperture, fast AF and impressive build, it’s equally well-suited to heavy professional use.
As with the other optics in the I series range of premium compact primes, the 65mm F2 has an all-metal build comprising precision-cut aluminium parts. Its robust construction and ultra-portable design make it perfect for street, travel, wedding and portrait photography. The lens has a rubber seal around the brass mount to keep out dust and moisture.
An aperture ring gives photographers the option of changing aperture using the lens or the camera.
The tactile knurled metal finish used for the lens hood, focus ring and aperture ring make handling the lens and changing settings extremely intuitive. Included with the lens is a magnetic metal lens cap in addition to the regular plastic cap, which further improves ease of use.
Despite being extremely small and light, the 65mm F2 does not compromise on optical quality. Its advanced optical design includes 12 elements in 9 groups, of which 2 are aspherical elements and 1 is an SLD element. These help keep the lens compact while greatly reducing the appearance of chromatic aberration around areas of high contrast.
Vignetting is very minimal even wide-open and chromatic aberration is very minimal even in very high contrast areas.
Slightly shorter than a traditional 85mm portrait lens, the 65mm F2 allows photographers to include a little more of the scene while maintaining the most flattering perspective on the face.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packaging in tact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

Please note that returns will need to be authorised before you send the item to us. In this case the product must be unused and returned with a trackable postal service. Please note neither we or the supplier can cover the costs of returning an unwanted item. If you do want to return it please make contact first.
Shipping
For UK purchases your order is usually shipped by the supplier or us within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product page information. If you require delivery by or before a certain date please call us on 0208 6695668 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Currently Computer Monitors can take 3-10 working days for delivery. If you need a monitor sooner than that please contact us and we double check delivery times for that particular product.Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to an increased volume of orders.
Delivery Address
When paying over the phone we must send the order to your billing address. When paying online there are options like Paypal that will allow you to select one of your saved delivery addresses. We can't always guarantee that this will be approved - we will contact you if there are any issues with your delivery address. If you decide to pay by BACs we can send the order anywhere in the UK.You Can Collect
