Description

The HP 524pu Series 5 Pro is a 23.8-inch monitor designed specifically for professional applications. With its Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080) and IPS panel, it offers clear and vivid colours from almost any viewing angle. The anti-glare technology ensures comfortable visibility, even in direct sunlight. With a brightness of 350 nits and a contrast ratio of 1500:1, the monitor is ideal for everyday office use, video conferencing and multitasking.

For flexible use, the HP 524pu has ergonomic features such as height adjustment, tilt, swivel and rotation. This allows it to be individually adjusted to the user's sitting position, contributing to improved ergonomics. Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packaging in tact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

To start a return or to ask any questions about returns you can contact us at sales@hdewcameras.com or call us on 02086695668. Please note that returns will need to be authorised before you send the item to us. In this case the product must be unused and returned with a trackable postal service. Please note neither we or the supplier can cover the costs of returning an unwanted item. If you do want to return it please make contact first.

Shipping

For UK purchases your order is usually shipped by the supplier or us within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product page information. If you require delivery by or before a certain date please call us on 0208 6695668 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Currently Computer Monitors can take 3-10 working days for delivery. If you need a monitor sooner than that please contact us and we double check delivery times for that particular product.

Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to an increased volume of orders.

Delivery Address

When paying over the phone we must send the order to your billing address. When paying online there are options like Paypal that will allow you to select one of your saved delivery addresses. We can't always guarantee that this will be approved - we will contact you if there are any issues with your delivery address. If you decide to pay by BACs we can send the order anywhere in the UK.

If you would like to collect from our office instead of receiving a delivery, you are more than welcome to. We just require you to call us first on 02086695668 to place an order with us beforehand to check stock availability, and once your order is ready to collect, our sales team will contact you.
