The Garmin Venu 4 45 mm combines modern smartwatch functionality with comprehensive health and fitness tracking in an elegant, compact case. At its heart is a bright, colour AMOLED touchscreen display that offers excellent readability and optional always-on mode. This makes the watch suitable for everyday use and leisure as well as for sports, outdoor activities or training sessions.
Thanks to built-in sensors and functions, the Venu 4 provides a wide range of health data — including heart rate, blood oxygen (Pulse Ox), sleep analysis, and support from the integrated app for ECG and other vital functions. The watch goes beyond simple fitness trackers and offers features such as training readiness, ‘training status’ and — optionally — offline music storage and smart notifications when connected to a smartphone.
It is built with robust materials for sports and outdoor use: the case is made of stainless steel and fibre-reinforced polymer, and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. At the same time, the watch is water-resistant to 5 ATM - it can withstand pressure up to 50 metres, making it suitable for swimming and everyday use in wet conditions.
Despite its numerous features, the Venu 4 remains surprisingly compact and lightweight — it is designed for users who value everyday usability and comfort. With 8 GB of internal memory, a built-in speaker and microphone, and features such as music, calls and Garmin Pay, it is much more than just a simple sports watch - it functions as a fully-fledged smartwatch for everyday use, fitness and health.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with packaging in tact. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number.

Please note that returns will need to be authorised before you send the item to us. In this case the product must be unused and returned with a trackable postal service. Please note neither we or the supplier can cover the costs of returning an unwanted item. If you do want to return it please make contact first.
Shipping
For UK purchases your order is usually shipped by the supplier or us within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your cleared payment unless otherwise stated on the product page information. When paying over the phone we must send the order to your billing address. When paying online there are options like Paypal that will allow you to select one of your saved delivery addresses.
